Carson City plans innovative adventure center to boost tourism

During a recent government meeting, officials discussed the ongoing development of a new Adventure Center in Carson City, emphasizing its potential to enhance local tourism and economic opportunities. Board members expressed optimism about the interest from potential vendors and tour operators, with Scolari indicating that efforts are being made to identify gaps in tour offerings, particularly in Boulder City. The collaboration with the Governor's Office of Economic Development aims to create attractive packages for prospective operators, including micro-loans and marketing support.
