This request was previously discussed in the last meeting but lacked proper documentation regarding notifications to surrounding landowners. Hardy confirmed that the necessary certified mail receipts had now been obtained, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements. The committee again approved this request without opposition.

Another speaker, Rita Hardy, echoed the same situation regarding her request, which was also approved following the correction of previous procedural oversights.

Timothy Jenkins provided an update on his recent acquisition of 19 acres on Hawkins Thompson Lane, noting the complexities involved in closing the deal due to multiple heirs. His acquisition marks a significant step in the ongoing development efforts in the area.
