Mayor vows to protect staff amid public outcry

During a recent city commission meeting, Mayor Ford addressed concerns regarding decorum after a previous town hall where a city engineer was publicly criticized by citizens. The mayor emphasized the importance of maintaining respect for city staff, stating that he would take action against any disruptive behavior in future meetings.
