In a recent government meeting, officials provided an update on a measles exposure case involving 115 individuals in Humboldt County. As of the latest report, health authorities have successfully contact traced all individuals potentially exposed to the reference case, with the most recent contact identified just an hour prior to the meeting.

Dr. Stockton, a key health official, confirmed that all 115 individuals are residents of Humboldt County, with the exception of one non-resident who was included in the tracking due to timely contact. This proactive measure allowed for the possibility of post-exposure prophylaxis within the critical 72-hour window.
