Historic property faces preservation challenges amid development plans

During a recent government meeting, significant discussions centered around the historical and environmental aspects of a property near Adobe Creek, which includes a pond dating back to 1915. The property, originally part of the Horse Hill Ranch, features a boathouse and two silos recognized as California landmarks.
