New hot yoga studio set to transform local fitness scene

During the latest administrative public hearing, a conditional use permit was discussed for a new hot yoga studio to be established in an existing building near Jordan Gateway, adjacent to the freeway. The proposed studio will occupy suite 100, which will undergo cosmetic renovations to accommodate the new business.

The renovations include the addition of bathrooms, separate men's and women's locker rooms, laundry facilities, and other necessary spaces, totaling 4,600 square feet. The studio plans to operate Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 10 PM, and on weekends from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Parking requirements for the studio stipulate a need for 23 stalls; however, the site offers a substantial parking capacity of 100 stalls, ensuring ample space for patrons. The proposal is set to enhance local wellness options while maintaining sufficient infrastructure to support its operations.
