Community honors legacy of dedicated advocate Tony Kerio

During a recent meeting of the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners, a heartfelt resolution was passed in honor of the late Tony Kerio, a former Chief Operating Officer of Direction Home of Eastern Ohio.
