City plans major hiring push to boost local services

County officials also discussed the current taxable value, which stands at an impressive $15 billion, and the expected annual growth in tax revenue. Historically, the county has seen an increase of $75,000 to $100,000 in new growth without altering tax rates, a trend that is expected to continue.
