Community demands swift action to repair hazardous bridge

In a recent government meeting, officials discussed the urgent need for repairs to a local bridge, emphasizing the importance of community access and safety. Additionally, the meeting addressed a proposal to sell a piece of land on Hooks Turnpike, which was deemed unsuitable for sale due to its wetland and floodplain status. Officials decided to thank the interested party and indicated that the land would not be put on the market.
