Paradise Valley schools inspire future STEM leaders

During a recent meeting of the Paradise Valley Unified School District governing board, members discussed the continuation of a long-standing tradition: a field trip to Disney that has been part of the school’s programming for six years, excluding the COVID-19 pandemic. The trip is designed to foster team building and includes educational components through Disney's youth education series, which offers curriculum-based workshops. This year, students will participate in an illustrative storytelling workshop.

Board member Misses Christensen shared her positive experience with the trip, emphasizing its educational value and the inspiration it provided to her son, who is now pursuing a career in music production.
