In a separate discussion, John Ringer raised alarms about the proliferation of illegal skill games in Allentown, likening the situation to the emergence of mini-casinos throughout the city. He referenced a recent ordinance passed in Philadelphia that restricts such games to licensed liquor establishments and called on local officials to take action against these illegal operations.
