Councilman champions nonpartisan elections for community unity

During a recent government meeting, a council member expressed concerns over proposed changes to the electoral approval process, arguing that such changes could undermine the principles of fairness and equity in local elections. The council member, who is the first Black male elected to the West Windsor Town Council, emphasized the importance of maintaining a nonpartisan approach, which he believes has historically yielded the best candidates for the community.
