A traffic control plan has been submitted, detailing ingress and egress, while a stormwater management plan is also under review.

However, representatives indicated that due to space constraints and safety concerns—particularly the need for children to cross drive-through lanes to access such an area—an outdoor playland is not feasible. Instead, the focus has shifted towards potentially contributing to a nearby park as a form of community engagement.
