Residents Demand Action Over Noise and Trash Crisis

During a recent government meeting, residents raised significant concerns regarding property disputes, noise nuisances, and the impact of local developments on community quality of life.

One resident, Stan, highlighted a troubling issue with a property survey that revealed a two-foot overlap with an adjacent property. He expressed frustration over the city’s acceptance of the survey despite discrepancies, including missing survey monuments and a three-foot error in the right-of-way of Elizabeth Avenue.
