Council honors fallen K9 officer with moment of silence

In a somber moment, the council honored K9 Justice, a police dog who recently passed away after falling critically ill. K9 Justice had served with the Lawrence Police Department since August 2020, working alongside his handler, Sergeant Bishop. The council held a moment of silence to recognize K9 Justice's dedication and to support the police family during this difficult time.
