Residents rally against rising costs and poor road conditions

A petition with 125 signatures has been initiated to address these concerns, but the resident fears it may not lead to meaningful change.

In a separate discussion, Bob Catlin, a long-time resident of Oak Park Avenue, raised concerns about the condition of local roads, specifically Tremont Street, which is scheduled for paving. Catlin criticized the lack of supervision during previous paving projects, citing inadequate work that has led to ongoing issues with the road's condition. He urged city officials to ensure proper oversight for the upcoming project to avoid repeating past mistakes.
