Wayne County secures million-dollar grant for sustainable development

In a recent government meeting, officials announced significant advancements in economic development initiatives for Wayne County, Michigan. Additionally, Wayne County has achieved a milestone in sustainable financing, surpassing the $100 million mark in Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing projects. The financing not only facilitates the renovation of aging infrastructure and buildings but also supports new developments, such as the recently completed Cambria Hotel in Detroit.
