Kerrville honors local hero with Kindness Award

The popular \"Family Fright Night\" is set for October 31 at Louise Hayes Park, with opportunities for local businesses to sponsor or set up booths.

Additionally, the Kerrville Fire Department is organizing a blood drive at Walmart from 9 AM to 3 PM over the weekend, encouraging community members to donate.

The meeting concluded with the presentation of the Kerrville Kindness Award to Lucy Rose Stebbins, recognizing her contributions to the community. The council emphasized the importance of these events in fostering community spirit and engagement.
