Community honors hometown heroes in heartfelt ceremony

In a recent government meeting, community leaders gathered to address pressing local issues and recognize outstanding contributions from residents. The evening commenced with an invocation led by Pastor Wendell Rollerson, who emphasized the importance of unity and support for those affected by recent traumatic events, particularly the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and the impending impact of Hurricane Milton.
