Titusville Mall plans major shift to assisted living facility

During a recent government meeting, discussions centered on a proposed modification to the master plan for the Titusville Mall property. The meeting featured a query regarding the interpretation of outdoor recreational space requirements, specifically whether a rooftop area could qualify as such. The proposed change seeks to convert building F into an assisted living facility with 100 beds, while maintaining the 240 multifamily units in building G.
