Brunswick faces school capacity crisis amid new developments

In response to community concerns about school funding, the council introduced a new fee aimed at supporting school construction and affordable housing projects. Set at $1,500 per unit, this fee will apply to the new age-restricted developments, despite the fact that Brunswick does not build schools within its city limits.
