As the situation stands, if the current owners do not take action within the next 30 days, the matter will be revisited by the council to discuss the next steps toward demolition. The Hillsburg property is currently on the tax sale list, and officials plan to ensure that all parties involved are informed of the situation to avoid any claims of ignorance regarding the properties' status.
