Library Fines Face Elimination as Accessibility Trends Rise

In a recent government meeting, discussions centered on the future of library fines and operational planning for local libraries. The conversation highlighted a significant trend among neighboring libraries, which have largely moved towards a fee-free model since the onset of the pandemic.
