City Council poised to approve major residential development

In a recent government meeting, discussions centered around a proposed residential development plan that includes significant landscaping and drainage improvements. The preliminary plat, which is set to be reviewed by the city council on October 28th, aims to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the area, particularly along Davis Boulevard.
