Mother seeks full custody after alarming child abuse claims

Miss Hassett recounted a distressing event where Mr. Lancaster, while intoxicated, endangered the lives of their children during a stay at a motel. She described how her oldest son, Christian, managed to contact motel staff after Mr. Lancaster allegedly choked him, leading to police involvement and a report to the Department of Child Services (DCS) for child abuse and endangerment.

The court learned that Mr. Lancaster had previously been court-ordered not to consume alcohol in the presence of the children, a directive he reportedly violated multiple times.
