Additional cases presented included properties with various violations such as unmaintained fire sprinkler systems, non-compliance with municipal orders, and issues related to public nuisances like overgrown vegetation and debris. For instance, a property at 626 Northwest 22nd Road was noted for recurring violations, with the city requesting compliance within 49 days and fines of $50 per day for ongoing issues.
