Land use plan sparks debate over quarry development challenges

In a recent government meeting, officials discussed the future land use plans for the South Stoner area, focusing on the implications of ongoing quarry operations by Yajaira and Payne and Dolan. The proposed land use includes a mix of commercial and high-density residential developments, contingent upon the resolution of existing geological barriers created by the quarries.
