Community rallies against dangerous cell tower near school

Casey Rogers, an attorney with extensive experience in electromagnetic radiation (EMR) issues, highlighted the potential health risks associated with EMR exposure from wireless sources, which have been linked to various harmful effects in numerous scientific studies. Despite these findings, federal exposure guidelines have remained unchanged since 1996, raising alarm among community members.

Rogers emphasized the dangers posed by the proposed cell towers, particularly for children, who are more vulnerable to the effects of radiofrequency radiation. She warned that the long-term exposure to radiation could have detrimental effects on the developing brains and bodies of children. Foster also raised alarms about the fire risks associated with cell towers, citing the potential for lightning strikes and the challenges of combating electrical fires in such scenarios.
