City plans major redevelopment of historic shoe company site

During a recent government meeting, city officials discussed the redevelopment of the property currently occupied by Winebrenner Shoe Company, a key site in the west end of downtown. City Administrator Steve Bard introduced the presentation led by Jackie Mish from Vanderwall and Associates, who has been involved in the project since the development of the West Second Street plan.
