Voter turnout surges as officials celebrate successful election

In a recent government meeting, officials reflected on the successful completion of a busy election period, highlighting record voter turnout and efficient operations. Sarah Doty, the county auditor, reported that in-person absentee voting reached 6,045, surpassing the previous high of 4,328 in 2020.
