Local resident Jeff Verba highlighted the challenges faced by drivers attempting to access the establishment, noting that the only entry point requires a right turn off Ustick Road. This situation forces many drivers to navigate through residential neighborhoods, often resulting in illegal U-turns in front of nearby businesses, such as Kohl's.

Verba warned that the current traffic patterns could lead to accidents, especially with the anticipated increase of 300 additional vehicles in the area. He expressed frustration over the lack of proper ingress and egress for Dutch Brothers, which he believes exacerbates the problem. Furthermore, he raised concerns about the safety of pedestrians attempting to cross Eagle Road, a busy thoroughfare where vehicles often exceed the speed limit.
