In a recent government meeting, officials discussed the development of a new condominium project designed to enhance the urban landscape of Carmel. The project, which includes a four-story structure, features a combination of brick, cast stone, and Hardie siding, with bay windows that define individual units. The design aligns with existing structures, notably the nearby Melange condos, and maintains the integrity of the existing garage and its mosaic archway.

The development is strategically located along Veterans Way and Red Truck Way, with careful consideration given to the architectural aesthetics and materials used. The project team coordinated with the garage's designer to ensure a cohesive color scheme, incorporating two tones of brick and other materials that complement the surrounding area.

A significant aspect of the project is its drainage system, which has been integrated into the design to manage stormwater effectively. The team reported that all engineering and design concerns raised during the review process have been addressed, with no need for variances on street trees after collaboration with the city arborist.
