City issues ultimatum to Local Strip LLC over building violations

Failure to meet this deadline will result in a daily fine of $100, accumulating to a maximum of $10,000. Additionally, the city has incurred investigation costs amounting to $510, which will also be included in a lien against the property unless compliance is achieved.
