Community Learning Farm secures crucial land approval

In a recent government meeting, the board discussed a request for a zoning variance related to the Urban Delights Community Learning Farm, formerly known as the Southwest Community Learning Farm. The organization, which has operated at the site for nearly two decades, sought the variance following a recent resubdivision that resulted in a new maximum lot size of 40,051.4 square feet.
