City Commission Urged to Prioritize Green Space in New Development

Despite the potential reduction in the number of homes, it was noted that the development would still comply with state regulations requiring a minimum of three units per acre.

The results of this study are expected to be made available to the public during the preliminary plat review process, which will be posted on the city’s website.
