A committee member (S1) raised a library garden-refresh and bird-sanctuary entrance maintenance item for spring work, noting volunteers already help maintain the site. S1 said library volunteers, Rotary and ECOS recently assisted and that an Eagle Scout had been expected to work on a walkway project; parks staff confirmed crews had cleared the area to make space for volunteer work.

Because the committee member who proposed the item was not present, the group decided to follow up and reach out to project leads to finalize plans. S3 said he would contact the volunteer organizer to determine specific needs and timing.
