Administrator notes capital-assets report and upcoming meeting; commissioners give brief updates and adjourn

The county administrator told commissioners the meeting packet included the September 2026 capital-assets inventory prepared with the auditor’s office and reminded the body of the next meeting on Oct. 8 and county office closures for Columbus Day on Oct. 12. The administrator directed attention to those calendar items and to the report in the packet.

During commissioner comments, members congratulated Commissioner Wagner on recent media coverage about recycled-materials work, reminded the public of local fall events such as the Liberty Fall Festival and GLADfest, and made light personal remarks. The meeting concluded with adjournment.
