Park project work stalled pending descriptive materials from vendors

The council heard a brief update that the town park project is pending while staff await descriptive materials from the vendors tasked with writing project descriptions. The Chair said she had messaged Jones and Mill and had not received their descriptions despite an expected delivery a couple of weeks earlier; as a result she said there was "nothing to update" at this time.

Council members asked staff to continue following up with the vendors and with Brady/Brandon (staff contacts) about the missing descriptions. No budget figures or specific project components were discussed at this meeting.
