Brittany Daisher and the website lead reported metrics from the county's first year on a new web platform and outlined an ongoing brand rollout.
"512,000 users... 63% of our visits are on the smartphone," the web lead said while summarizing analytics and a 99.96% uptime figure. Communications staff emphasized mobile accessibility improvements, more discoverable documents and dedicated emergency pages that performed strongly during recent incidents (Brantley wildfire). They previewed a phased brand rollout with a digital transition targeted for Feb. 5, 2027 (the county's 250th anniversary) that will include courthouse historical panels, a community luncheon and other events in partnership with local organizations.
Communications also described a monthly internal newsletter and greater use of social media and drone video to highlight projects and to increase transparency and engagement with residents.
