County approves one-year fire alarm service contract with Atlas Life Safety Solutions (not to exceed $10,000)

Lancaster County approved a contract with Atlas Life Safety Solutions for inspection, testing, repair, and replacement of fire alarm panels at county facilities. The quoted contract (Quote 6745) is a one-year agreement with the vendor and includes an option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms; the county's not-to-exceed cost is $10,000.

The motion to approve the contract passed unanimously (Flowerday moved; Vest seconded; vote 5-0). County staff will execute the contract upon completion of required signatures and will handle scheduling for inspections and any needed repairs under the contract terms.
