Board amends Creekside business park assignment agreement to fix closing date

General counsel Eric Hostetler told the board that an assignment and assumption agreement approved earlier contained an incorrect closing date for the Creekside business park transaction. Rather than making a narrow date correction, Hostetler recommended amending the resolution by substitution to provide flexibility for immaterial changes to the final draft.

Hostetler said the amended resolution mirrors Monday's approval but gives additional flexibility around the closing date because it has not been set. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved Resolution 26-726 to adopt the amendment.
