Residents call in to thank commission for new Snack Shack near Sarasota park

During public comment three callers praised the recently opened Snack Shack near Sarasota Park as a positive neighborhood amenity. "I've never been on here before, but I just, I just wanna thank you guys for opening the Snack Shack over here in my neighborhood," said Zeb, calling in to express appreciation.

Duncan Weinkauf and Andrew Maguire also called to say the Snack Shack improved convenience at practices and local events; Maguire said being able to grab a burger at practice was a "game changer" for his family. Commissioners thanked the callers and noted they rarely receive live call-ins and that staff and vendor partnerships can bring welcome services to the town.
