Board continues MCD 7 LLC hearing to Oct. 27; sets dates through December

At the conclusion of the evening’s questioning the board moved to continue the continued public hearing on conditional use application 25‑04 to October 27 at 6:30 p.m. Board members stated additional continuation dates (Nov. 24, Dec. 8 and Dec. 22, all at 6:30 p.m.) to allow further cross‑examination, responses to review letters and participant submissions.

Chair Brianna Lawson noted parties would have the opportunity to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law before the next sessions. The continuance passed on a board vote recorded on the hearing record. The township emphasized that this application is the primary focus for the next scheduled period and that other applications are not slated to start until later in the schedule.
