Building-and-grounds staff report repairs, seal-coating and ongoing carpet replacement at county sites

A building-and-grounds staff member summarized maintenance and improvement work across county properties, saying crews "made some repairs to the jail UPS room mini split that was non functional" and have prepared sheriff facilities for winter.

Staff also reported creating a private office in the medical examiner's office at that office's request, completing seal-coating at the Annex and PR, and that CMH carpet replacement remains in progress.
