Committee approves closing two capital projects with small remaining balances

Deputy Administrator Elliott asked the committee to close two capital projects nearing completion. The first was project HSP2503 (chiller repair), which Elliott said had a remaining balance of $1,000; a motion to close the project was made, supported, and the chair announced the motion carried.

The second was project CPBS2603 (jail padded cell repair) with a remaining balance of $5,000; that request also received a motion and support and the chair again announced the motion carried. The meeting record shows no amendments or conditions attached to either closure request.
