Council reviews multiyear local impact grant spending plan; additions package accepted, item deferred for full committee review

Staff presented CR103, which transmits the Local Impact Grant funds multi-year spending plan for FY2028–2030. The staff overview stated the plan totals $12,174,300 in proposed uses of video lottery terminal tax revenues and referred the council to attachment A for details.

Council members indicated they planned to defer the item to the County Council Working session (CLW) on Oct. 6 for further review. The clerk recorded a roll-call acceptance of the additions package (motions carried 6–0). Staff noted the formal spending-plan details are in attachment A and that final consideration will be taken at the deferred session.
