Cedar Creek special session Sept. 29, 2026: permit approved; meeting certified and adjourned

The Cedar Creek Board of Trustees convened a special session by video teleconference on Sept. 29, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Trustees Prescott, Richardson and Bruckner were listed as present; Trustees Fotoplos and Fuxa were listed as absent. The stated purpose of the meeting was to consider a building permit for Dennis Day.

After the board reviewed the updated site plan showing septic tank and lateral locations, Trustee Richardson moved to approve the permit and Trustee Bruckner seconded. The roll-call vote recorded Trustees Prescott and Richardson as voting "Aye" and listed Fotoplos, Fuxa and Bruckner as absent; the minutes record the permit as approved. With no further business, Trustee Prescott moved to adjourn at 3:34 p.m.; Trustee Bruckner seconded and the minutes show the meeting adjourned.
