At the Sept. 29 meeting the deputy clerk read five items on the consent agenda and the board approved them by roll call. Items included special-use permits allowing motor-vehicle repair at 296 Green Line Drive and 242 James Street; a preliminary and final plat of subdivision, consolidation and stormwater-management easement at 1347 West Irving Park Road; a stormwater-management easement at 214 North Walnut Street; and a recreation resolution authorizing a purchase-and-install agreement with Total Cinema Solutions for projector equipment at the Bensenville Center Theater in a not-to-exceed amount of $94,202.06. The consent vote carried unanimously by roll call as recorded in the meeting minutes.
