The Design Review Board took two formal votes during the meeting. Later, after discussion of the 2342 North Shallowford Road application, the board voted to adopt a set of four design recommendations to forward to the mayor and city council; the chair announced that vote as 5 in favor, 0 opposed, 0 abstentions and said the motion passes.

Why it matters: The board's recorded, unanimous recommendation package is the advisory record staff will send to the mayor and council as they consider zoning and variance approvals.
