Delhi Charter Township Brownfield Authority sets Oct. 27 public hearing on FY 2027 budget

Chairperson Kenneth Bachman called the Delhi Charter Township Brownfield Redevelopment Authority meeting to order at 6:27 p.m. Sept. 29 at the Community Services Center in Holt. Board member Tim Fauser moved — and Rita Craig supported — a motion to set a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Budget and its subset, the Local Brownfield Revolving Fund, to be held during the board's Oct. 27, 2026 meeting.

Administrative Assistant Cassie Butler summarized the FY 2027 Brownfield Budget for the board; the minutes do not record line-item figures. The board recorded that a public hearing notice will be published in the Lansing State Journal on Oct. 11, 2026. A roll call vote was recorded as: Ayes — Bachman, Craig, Dellechiaie, Fauser, Hakola, Montemayor; Nays — none; Absent — Breier, Dunckel. The motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 6:29 p.m.
